Heather Jones, Strategic Research Manager
Heather is a self-confessed quant nerd evidenced by an early career as a Water Quality Field Scientist and later managing data capture and analytical reporting for Australia’s largest salary survey.
Heather believes that quantitative research is not just about delivering data, but is about unlocking the rich stories that lie within it. She recently managed a large-scale panel study with low vegetable consuming population segments, measuring changes in consumption behaviour and attitudes to vegetables in response to the provision of educational information. Skillful research design and subsequent analysis helped unlock the ‘silver bullets’ of information most likely to assist in increasing vegetable consumption.
Heather is an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher with over 10 years experience managing and conducting projects for a range of clients in Australia, the US and Europe. She has worked across a diverse range of clients in the FMCG, retail, veterinary pharma and agricultural sectors and has achieved the Diploma of the Market Research Society.
